Protecting your personal data is a priority for us. This policy explains what data is collected through this website, for what purpose, how long it is retained and what your rights are, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU 2016/679 — GDPR) and Greek law (Law 4624/2019).
1. Data Controller
The controller of your personal data is TRAST Real Estate, whose office is based in Drama.
2. What Data We Collect
We collect only the information you provide voluntarily through our contact, listing-assignment and property-request forms: your full name, telephone number, email address, and the criteria or property details you describe to us. No sensitive data is collected. In addition, our cookies may gather a limited amount of technical and statistical browsing information (see our Cookies Policy).
3. Purpose & Legal Basis for Processing
Your data is used solely to respond to your enquiry, present you with suitable properties and support you throughout the transaction. The legal basis for this processing is your consent together with the pre-contractual steps taken at your request. We do not use your information for automated decision-making, nor for unsolicited marketing without your consent.
4. Retention Period & Recipients
Your data is retained for as long as necessary to handle your request and to fulfil our legal obligations. It is never passed to third parties for commercial exploitation. Access may be granted only to the service providers we work with (for example, our website host), who are bound by equivalent confidentiality obligations. Specifically for financing requests (loan form): if you explicitly tick the relevant consent box, your contact details and the details of your request are forwarded to the partner financing institution (FinThesis), solely so that you may receive a personalised loan offer. Without this consent, your request stays with TRAST Real Estate only. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us.
5. Your Rights
At any time you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, as well as the right to object to processing and to withdraw your consent. You also retain the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).
6. Data Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse. While no method of transmission over the internet is ever entirely secure, we are committed to handling your information with care, discretion and respect.
